Return & Refund Policy (COD) – Nabies Collection

At Nabies Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in original condition.

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/video).

  • As we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are made via bank transfer or mobile wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash) within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Sale/discounted items are non-returnable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is from our side.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
